Welcome to The Laser Creator website.
My main business is making cider presses, pea shellers, corn creamers, electric and rubber band pecan crackers and two different types of hard shell nutcrackers.
We have a lot of serious woodworking equipment including 4 CNC’s Our two large 150w lasers with 40″ X63″ beds capable of engraving and cutting full sheets of plywood. Two diode lasers for very fine detailed work. And an array of heavy-duty cutting, sanding, and paneling equipment.
All of this allows us to do custom one-off and production products on a large scale.
Two 150w Laser Engravers
Our two 150w laser engravers are constantly cleaned and aligned to ensure top performance. We can produce a lot of parts in a very short period of time.
4 CNC’s
3 of our CNC’s have 4th axis to make specialty round parts. Our CNC’s are designed to make smaller parts. However, we can load them on all of our machines to make them very quickly.
Line Ripper
Our line ripper can cut to width most any thickness of wood with great precision far faster than a table saw.
Woodmasters for Custom Molding
We can do custom moulding of any width. Choose from stock knives or we can have them made to your exact specifications.
